Refund Process

  1. Follow the instructions on the Return’s page to return your product to Pristus™.
  2. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5 to 8 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


  • Customers have up to 30 days to ask for a refund
  • Live chat and phone calls are available Sunday through Saturday 8 am – 6 pm est
  • The cost to ship the returned product is the consumers responsibility
  • We are unable to accept returns without a return code
  • We are unable to accept returns on used products
  • We reserve the right to refuse return and deny credit
  • If your product arrived defective, please contact the manufacturer directly
