All orders are shipped from Cromwell, Connecticut, USA. 

Which Shipment Carriers Does Pristus® Use?

We use standard USA carriers including: UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Pristus® reserves the right to choose and change carriers depending on the products you purchase and where your ordered products are located within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States.

Do you offer express shipping?

All orders are shipped with standard methods.

We are unable to offer express shipping at this time.


How can I track my order?

We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. 

If you placed your order and haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days, please email support@pristus.com for additional help.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped with standard shipping and should arrive within 5 to 8 business days.

How do I return a product?

Please follow our EZ 3-Step Return Process:

  1. Contact us on live chat or text within 30 days of purchase for a 6-digit return code.
  2. Repackage your products + invoice + return code in its original packaging and original shipping box.
  3. Ship your return to our warehouse: Pristus®, 110 South Street, Cromwell, Connecticut, 06416

Does Pristus® Pay For Return Shipments?

At this time, customers must take care of their shipment cost for returns. We’re hoping to change this in the future as we grow.

Can I return a defective or damaged product?

If your product arrived damaged or is defective, contact the manufacturer immediately for a replacement.
